To the Bank and its Agents:
Since you and the court continue to ignore the facts and the violation of my rights, I am making this very clear: I will protect my rights and I will fight. I have never been a person to roll over just because something gets hard. I have done nothing wrong, and I will not allow you to treat me as if I have.
This is a formal notice to preserve all evidence related to Case No. 49D03-2501-MF-002559 from January 2024 to the present.
Specifically, you are instructed not to delete, alter, or destroy:
- Personal Device Data: All photos, videos, and communications (calls/texts) made by Ms. Abbott on her personal cell phone during the removal on December 9, 2024. She was observed tracing concealed wiring and taking photos of my private residence while on a call with unknown parties.
- Removal Records: All recordings or logs related to the systematic interference with my electronics, including the deliberate unplugging of routers, cameras, and my mini-fridge.
- Visual Signage Logs: Any records regarding the placement of “No Trespassing” signs. I have video proof of your personnel arriving with Walmart bags to stage these signs after the removal was already complete—proving they were not there for the months you claimed.
- Payment Records: All internal audit logs for the “new” payment portal and all internal transfers related to my $2,007 guaranteed check.
I am sure I am not the first person you have done this to, and if you continue to act like you did everything right, I will find the others. Your website and commercials talk about “community” and “helping people,” but your actions show that is a lie. When the public sees that an email accommodation for a disabled person was “too much” for a community bank, we will see how well your business does.
Either come to the table and make this right, or get ready. I am not stopping until the truth is documented.
