Include this list when you send the fillable forms to ensure they give you “Receipt-Ready” content:

The “Shadow Pointe” Rule: If you are testifying about being at my house, be specific. Mention if you were there during the day when the Sheriff supposedly came.

The Disability Context: If you have seen me struggle with processing information or getting overwhelmed by “broken” systems, describe a specific time that happened.

No Legal Jargon: Don’t try to sound like a lawyer. Use your own words to describe what you saw (or didn’t see).

Focus on the Mail: My whole case is that they never mailed it. If you check my mail or were there when the mail came, please mention that you never saw a summons from Financial Center First Credit Union.
